Who We Are
Teztarif is a partnership firm based in Surat, Gujarat, India, providing website development, app development, AI chatbot automation, lead generation, SEO, digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, UI/UX design, and custom software services.
Engagement
All projects begin with a consultation and a custom quote. No pricing is published on this website. The final scope, deliverables, and cost are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed per project as part of the written engagement agreement. Specific payment structures (such as upfront percentages, milestones, or other arrangements) are defined in that agreement.
Revisions & Scope
The number of revisions and the full project scope are defined per engagement in the written agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope is billed separately and agreed upon before being undertaken.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Until full payment is received, Teztarif retains ownership of all work produced.
Liability
Teztarif is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work. Our liability is limited to the scope and value of the specific engagement agreed upon.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Surat, Gujarat, India.
